Hospitality Rider
Hallo zusammen!
Wir freuen uns sehr auf die Zusammenarbeit und den gemeinsamen Gig. Damit vor Ort alles reibungslos läuft und wir uns voll auf die Show konzentrieren können, findet ihr hier unsere Rahmenbedingungen für das Catering und die Logistik.

Catering und Verpflegung
Wir freuen uns über eine ausgewogene Verpflegung. Bitte beachtet die vegetarische Option:
Abendessen: Eine warme Mahlzeit für 4 Personen.
3x Fleisch / 1x Vegetarisch (Kolja).
Getränke (Backstage & Bühne):
- Ausreichend Wasser (bevorzugt stilles Wasser)
- Cola Zero
- Frischer, heißer Kaffee
- Eine Auswahl an Bier (gerne etwas Lokales)
Snacks: Ein paar kleine Snacks (Nüsse, Riegel oder Obst) im Backstage-Bereich wären toll.
Backstage und Infrastruktur
Für die Vorbereitung auf die Show benötigen wir:
- Einen sauberen, abschließbaren Backstage-Raum.
- Mindestens einen Spiegel (Ganzkörper oder großzügiger Wandspiegel).
- Ausreichend Steckdosen (230V) zum Laden von Equipment und Akkus.
Merchandise und Verkaufsfläche
Für den Merch-Stand wird eine Fläche von mindestens 2,4x2m, sowie mindestens eine Steckdose zur Stromversorgung benötigt.
Das Personal für Auf/Abbau, sowie den Verkauf wird von Slicer gestellt.
Die Band verkauft ihr Merchandise in Eigenregie. Der Veranstalter erhebt keine Verkaufsgebühren oder Provisionen (Hall Fees), sofern nicht vorab schriftlich anders vereinbart.
Gästeliste
Die Band beansprucht ein Kontingent von insgesamt 3 Gästelistenplätzen (freier Eintritt). Die finale Namensliste wird bis spätestens zum Soundcheck beim Veranstalter oder an der Abendkasse hinterlegt.
Parken und Logistik
Parkplatz: Wir benötigen 2 reservierte Stellplätze für unsere PKW direkt an der Location (kurzer Weg zum Load-in).
Übernachtung: Liegt der Spielort weiter als 170 km von unserem Standort (38685 Lautenthal) entfernt, benötigen wir eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für 4 Personen:
- Entweder 2 Doppelzimmer oder ein Gruppenraum.
- Inklusive Frühstück am nächsten Morgen.
- Sicherer Stellplatz für die Fahrzeuge am Hotel/Unterkunft.

We are very much looking forward to working with you and playing this gig together. To ensure that everything runs smoothly on site and we can concentrate fully on the show, here are our general conditions for catering and logistics.
Bandmember
We will be traveling with a total of 4 people:
On stage:

Crew:
- Dominik Züblin (roadie & merch)
Catering and Meals
We appreciate balanced meals. Please note the vegetarian option:
Dinner: One hot meal for 4 people.
3x meat / 1x vegetarian (Kolja).
Drinks (backstage & stage):
- Sufficient water (preferably still water)
- Coke Zero
- Fresh, hot coffee
- A selection of beer (preferably something local)
Snacks: A few small snacks (nuts, bars, or fruit) in the backstage area would be great.
Backstage und Infrastructur
To prepare for the show, we need:
- A clean, lockable backstage room
- At least one mirror (full-length or large wall mirror)
- Sufficient power outlets (230V) for charging equipment and batteries
Merchandise und Sales area
The merch stand requires an area of at least 2.4x2m and at least one power outlet.
Slicer will provide staff for setup, teardown, and sales.
The band will sell its merchandise independently. The organizer will not charge any sales fees or commissions (hall fees) unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.
Guest list
The band is entitled to a total of 3 guest list spots (free admission). The final list of names will be submitted to the organizer or at the box office no later than the soundcheck.
Logistics and parking
Parking: We need 2 reserved parking spaces for our cars directly at the venue (short distance to the load-in).
Accommodation: If the venue is more than 170 km away from our location (38685 Lautenthal), we need accommodation for 4 people:
- Either two double rooms or one group room.
- Breakfast included the next morning.
- Secure parking for vehicles at the hotel/accommodation.
