Nightcity 2078 - I have a new mission. Bigger and more dangerous than ever before. Everyone in the city knows me as Aldo Brand, the fixer. The guy who actually feeds everyone with orders and information. The one who sits safely in his office and makes sure that the right people find the money they're supposed to get. But this job requires me to step back into the neon myself and get my hands dirty.
We'll give the Corpos a big finger, just like Johnny Silverhand did back then.
I've brought in Dagger to support me. One of the best Netrunners I know. He actually used to work for the Netwatch. It's good that he's now part of our underground. With his Breach Protocols, he can get behind any firewall. And since he has an eye on the entire Net, he knows pretty much everyone here in the city. Especially the crazy and desperate ones...that's exactly the kind of people I need. Since I'm planning something really big, this isn't a job for just any run-of-the-mill edgerunner.
Luckily, Dagger has some ideas. We now have Klick on our crew. The guy makes me nervous as hell, more machine than man... and that look - just cold and emotionless. He usually doesn't say a word...but rumor has it he tore apart an Animals gym with nothing more than a broken chair leg. Supposed to have been quite a bloodbath...
And then we have Neko, rumor has it he's the cat of the gutters and has 7 lives. As much drugs and XBS as this guy pops, though, I'm not sure how much of it he has left. I think he's pretty much shot himself out of any synapses that have anything to do with shame or fear. He's perfect for both distractions and solo performances. Give him a gun and he'll blast his way through an entire Tiger Claws casino without question, only for me to inject him with a load of Black Lace in the aftermath. Dagger just threw him in the trunk when he found him. Who doesn't this guy actually know in this town? That's fine by me.
Now we can finally get to work.... let's get our city back!
I am Neko: Slicer's addicted singer.
They call me a stray, a glitch in the system, a junkie. They whisper about my nine lives, my reckless edge, my addiction. They don't know me. They don't see the scars that map my journey, the memories that flicker in my glitched-out mind.
Night City is my home, a neon labyrinth where I dance with danger, fueled by XBDs, drugs, and the electric pulse of rebellion. I've seen it all, from the blood-soaked floors of Mealstroms hideouts to the cold, sterile decadence of Arasaka boardrooms.
I'm not a hero, not by any definition. I'm a survivor, a fighter, a creature of chaos. When Aldo calls, I answer, not for loyalty or some misguided sense of honor, but for the thrill, the challenge, the chance to carve my own mark on this chrome-plated dystopia.
I'm Slicer's detonator, their wild card, their symphony of contradictions. My voice, raspy and raw, is a battle cry, a broken confession, a sonic Molotov cocktail hurled at the corporate overlords.
So hold onto your implants, folks, 'cause the cat's out of the bag and he's clawing his way to freedom. And when the music starts and my voice rips through the night, you'll know my name.
I am Aldo Brand: the fixer and bassist of Slicer.
I'm not just "the bassist", I'm the fixer, the man who pulls the strings in Night City's neon underworld. I orchestrate jobs, feed information, and keep the city's pulse beating.
When the stakes rise and the neon lights turn to shadows, I assemble a crew of misfits to get the job done. Dagger, the netrunner with eyes and ears everywhere. Klick, the cyborg whose silence speaks louder than words. And Neko, the gutter cat with a death wish and a trigger finger.
But I'm not just the one who calls the shots, I'm the heart of Slicer. My bass throbs with the rhythm of the city, blending with the synths and beats to create a sound that echoes the neon-drenched alleys and grimy backrooms of Night City.
As Slicer takes our music on the road, I remain the unseen architect, pulling the levers and feeding the flames of rebellion. My bass lays down the soundtrack to every revolution.
In the dark heart of Night City, where corporations rule and the streets are stained with blood, I stand as Aldo Brand. I am the fixer. I am the bassist. And I am the voice of the voiceless.
I am Dagger: Netrunner and Slicers Synth player.
Once, I was a Netrunner for Netwatch, my talents shackled to the corporate machine. But I saw the rot at its core, the exploitation and greed that festered beneath the veneer of progress. So I turned my back on them, slipping into the shadows to become a weapon in the fight for freedom.
I am Dagger, a Netrunner, a hacker, a denizen of the digital realm. My fingers dance across keyboards, weaving through firewalls with the grace of a phantom. Data flows through me like water, secrets and information spilling into my consciousness. I am the ghost in the machine, the unseen hand that manipulates and disrupts.
I am Dagger, and I am not afraid. I have seen the darkness, the violence, the corruption that pervades this city. But I also see the hope, the resilience, the strength of those who refuse to give up. I see the future, a future where the corporations no longer rule, where freedom and equality are not just ideals but realities. My music is a rebellion, a sonic assault on the dystopian order.
I am Dagger, and I am fighting for a better world, a world where everyone has a chance to thrive. I am fighting for you.
I am Klick: The Drummer Behind Slicer's Cyberpunk Beat.
I am not like most people. I am more machine than man, my body augmented with cybernetic enhancements that grant me strength and precision beyond human capabilities.
My gaze is cold and emotionless, mirroring the dark and twisted world I inhabit.
A man of few words, I let my drums speak for me. They are my voice, my way of expressing the rage and frustration that burn within me.
My drumming is a symphony of cyberpunk, synthwave, and metal, a primal rhythm that pounds out the heartbeat of the cyberpunk rebellion.
I am a walking paradox: a silent storm, a cyborg with a soul, a weapon with a metronome's heart. A product of violence, chaos, and despair, I am also a symbol of hope, a reminder that even in the darkest depths, beauty can still be found.
I am Klick, the drummer of Slicer. I am the heartbeat of the cyberpunk rebellion, and I will not be silenced.
